The White Dog Restaurant in Richmond's Fan Distric

The paintings that you see on the walls of The White Dog are done by Roslyn Pruitt, wife of the White Dog's owner. She has joined Margaret Catlett for a show at the Uptown Gallery during May and June. More information can be found on the Art Show page.

All this served in a charming and casual Pub atmosphere featuring paintings by the owner's wife, Richmond-based artist, Roslyn. Subtle strains of Diana Krall, Frank Sinatra, Louis Armstrong, Ella Fitzgerald, and other jazz vocalists enhance your dining experience.

The White Dog is named for Max, the owner's dog, an alumnus of the SPCA. The White Dog donates proceeds several times a year to the SPCA, The National Disaster Search Dog Foundation, and other charities that help our furry friends. We wanted to create a restaurant we could be proud of. A place where our customers know we appreciate them. The White Dog wants you to have a great dining experience and leave with a smile on your face.

Best known for: A doggone great meal from the salad dressing to the chocolate cookie dog bone on the desserts -- and the bread pudding to die for. All in a comfortable intimate atmosphere that delights all your senses.
